Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged during delivery
The wrong item has been delivered
The product packaging is defective
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, the following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used food products
Products with damaged packaging caused after delivery
Products returned after the allowed return period
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Incorrect product delivered
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
4. Refund Policy
If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
Share your order number and product images
Our team will review and confirm the return/exchange process
6. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return request does not meet our policy conditions, the request may be declined.
